It seems that there is a trend going on in the Indian two-wheeler market, and it is all about disclosing the most awaited motorcycle, silently. The new name added to the list is one of the India's leading two-wheeler manufacturers, Hero Motocorp. The Hero Motocorp has updated its official website with the glorifying and upgraded version of the existing commuter motorcycle, named as 2015 Hero Xtreme Sports. The firm hasn't created any kind of hoopla among the media regarding the launching of the newly joined motorcycle. A little while back, we've got to see the all new 2015 Hero Xtreme Sports on the official Hero Motorcorp's website.

Mechanically, the 2015 Xtreme Sports is featuring an air-cooled, 4-stroke and OHC motor configuration carrying an engine displacement of 149.2cc. The single-cylinder motor is mated to a 5-speed Constant mesh transmission and is tuned to belt out a churning power of 15.2 BHP @ 8500 RPM and achieves a peak torque of 13.5 Nm @ 7000 revs. The riding quality is enhanced by introducing Telescopic hydraulic front forks and rectangular swing arm at the rear. The stopping power has been taken care by a front disc brake and drum brake at the rear. The firm will be offering to install rear disc brake as well, off course at additional cost.

Getting into the details of the new makeover received by the 2015 Hero Xtreme Sports includes various attractive features. Starting from the front, the firm has designed a wolf-eye shaped headlight, wide and comfortable split-cum-stepped seat and designer fuel tank carrying muffler incorporated with tubeless tyres. The sharp and edgy curves and cues gained by the motorcycle have its own glory. The most noticeable part of the 2015 Hero Xtreme Sports is the little bit of edgy front fairing carrying a "Sports" badge over the fuel tank.
