Land Rover has recently made an announcement that it has started accepting bookings for the next generation Evoque SUV in India, whereas the launch is scheduled to take place in November 2015. Evoque is quite a famous name in its segment in the global market and the company claims that it has got a similar kind of appeal here as well. Well, the luxury automaker is undoubtedly a reputed and well established brand worldwide but still it is trying to set its foot in the Indian car market. It has also launched the Sport SVR recently with amazingly astonishing features.

Discussing the cosmetic elements, the 2016 Evoque is going to receive numerous changes as compared to its outgoing versions. From outside, its front will sport a re-designed bumper, bigger air dams, revamped grille and a pair of all new LED headlights. It will stand on newly designed alloy wheels and the rear will get LED tail lamps with fresh graphics and a new tailgate spoiler.

Moving on the mechanical portion, an aluminium Ingenium TD4 turbocharged diesel engine will be found that makes power in two states including 150Bhp and 180Bhp. An additional option of an Si4 turbocharged petrol motor could also make its way under the hood of the upcoming Range Rover Evoque. It has the capacity to generate 240Bhp of power and the sprinting ability will reach to 100 km/h in just 7.6 seconds from standstill hitting the top speed of 217 km/h.
