750cc, Royal Enfield Trims Spotted

A new motorcycle range that is planned to launch soon from the Iconic Indian cruiser bikes manufacturer, Royal Enfield, has been spied. These forthcomings will be packed with a new twin cylinder family which will be more powerful drivetrain. The strategy behind is to attract a new range of customers worldwide.

Well, there is no official information about the bikes, but the spy shots reveal they are built on a reworked Continental GT frame, yet with similar shock absorbers at both front and rear ends. The disc brakes with dual channel ABS are also there. The peak torque is expected to fall in the 50-60Nm range.

Last year, Royal Enfield’s top honcho, Mr. Siddhartha Lal had announced to launch an all-new motorcycle above 500cc displacement. It could be the same with different variants, as the bike maker currently producing the bikes with 300cc and 500cc engines. With the introduction of the motorcycle in question, the Chennai based company will be able to cater a wider range of audience.

In a meet with Car and Bike, Mr. Siddhartha Lal said,“It will be absolutely highway worthy and therefore it will bring us out of a niche segment in a lot of faster international markets. Even in markets like Brazil and all, where we are going to, which have quicker roads than India, our futuristic motorcycles will help us in being extremely highway-friendly and worthy.”

Other than this, the company is also planning to start a new under works production line. It will help in boosting RE sales which are consistent on the same path. In addition to this, a huge investment is also made in R&D segment.

The higher price tag will not be a concern for India as the biking industry is already having the premium brands like Ducati, Harley Davidson, Triumph, Suzuki, Honda, and Yamaha. So in order to maintain pace with the growing market, it is logical that Royal Enfield too increases the number of products with variants and combat with the best in business.
