The sportsbike offering from the Italian automaker, Aprilia RS150 was recently showcased alongside its naked sibling, the Touno 150 at the 2018 Auto Expo. At the event, there was a range of new Aprilia Scooters but the centre of attraction was this entry-level performance motorcycle.
The audience response was great and these Aprilia bikes are appreciated a lot. This kind of crowd’s reaction is making the company to introduce one out of them that is obviously the RS150. Expectations are launch will take place sometime in next year. Also, the dealer\'s source of the brand has also confirmed the same.

The RS150 draws inspiration from the RS125 that is available to purchase in the European markets. The loaded powertrain on the Euro-spec model is an all-new unit. The India-spec model of the same when hit the production line will use a powertrain capable of churning out 18bhp and 14Nm of peak torque. While the premium components such as the quickshifter and the USD front fork will be eliminated from the India-spec model in order to cut down the RS150 pricing.
Both of these new 150cc bikes will be produced at brand’s Baramati based manufacturing unit and will be exported to other markets via Indian arm.
