A new report has been unveiled in the Indian automobile market, which says that the Audi A6 facelift will be launched in our country on August 12 in this ongoing year. Spilling the beans about changes that will be applied cosmetically, while the mechanical terms would remain same as the previous model. Moreover, a few additional features could also be seen in this upcoming updated version. Audi will offer a mildly tweaked front grille, revamped front as well as rear bumper, A8 motivated Matrix LED headlights along Audi's Dynamic turn indicators and upgraded tallights including LED bands.
Coming inside, it would have renovated dashboard, finest seats upholstery and MMI display comprising Nvidia Tegra 30 graphics chip. Whereas the Indian spec trim is expected to receive ventilation and massage options on its seats just like the European variant, an adaptive air suspension system will be available as the standard feature. The produced power would get transmitted to the front wheels of this vehicle through an Audi's Multitronic CVT transmission.
Notably, the Audi A6 facelift is presumed to be introduced as the biggest opponent of BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E Class and Jaguar XF between the price tag of INR 48 Lac to INR 60 Lac in India.
