Audi A6 facelift version has been officially launched today by the luxury automaker at INR 49.50 Lacs (ex-showroom) in India. Right from the time when it was showcased at 2014 Paris Motor Show, the model has grabbed a lot of eyeballs for its unique styling and appearance. It comes loaded with several impressive equipments that re-define comfort and enable the occupants to experience a smooth drive. The Matrix headlamps and brand's dynamic turn indicators enhance the exterior beauty of the car.
This new sedan version boasts of all new alloys, re-designed bumper, refreshed grille with a single frame and LED tail lights at the rear end. Moving to the cabin, there is an upgraded Mmi unit that can read hand writing gestures and also aids in navigation. There is also a voice recognition system and hi-tech Bose surround system for music. A four zone automatic air conditioner will provide comfort, whereas eight airbags will be available for ensuring a safe ride.
Moving on to the mechanical part, this facelift luxury model is equipped with two engine options including a 2 litre TFSI petrol and a 2 litre TDI diesel unit. The former pumps out 177 Bhp and 320 Nm of output, while the latter delivers 174 Bhp power with 380 Nm torque. For transmission, a CVT unit will be mated to the engine that will be further linked to an FWD setup.
