Along with several new features and cosmetic updates, the Audi Q3 Dynamic edition has been launched in the Indian auto segment at the price of INR 39.78 Lakhs (Ex-showroom, Delhi). Available in limited numbers of 101 units, it is basically introduced to the market for targeting more cash during the festive season of this year. It will be assembled at the company’s local facility in Aurangabad.
On the outset, the new Dynamic edition features an updated front fascia including aggressive front lower bumper along with a lip spoiler, sports air inlet cover, chrome accented front grille and Quattro sticker on the rear doors. Besides, it has also come up with features like Audi e-LED that is integrated with carpet lamps to project the Audi logo. The company’s signature LED headlights are also there as an interesting stuff along with dynamic turn indicators. Moreover, wheel arches, side rocker mouldings and rear bumper are also embellished with black paint finish.
Joe King, Head at Audi India said, “The Audi Q range underscores the sportiness, sophistication and the progressiveness of the brand – the ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’, and the Audi Q3 has taken it a step further ever since its market introduction in 2012. It has been the most successful model in its segment.”
Inside the cabin, it houses Audi’s infotainment and sound system with SDHC, music interface and Bluetooth connectivity as well as some other noticeable attributes like parking system plus, MMI navigation system, rearview camera, voice dialogue system and others are also there. For safety, the automaker offers ABS with EBD, hill start and descent assist, traction control, auto-dimming mirror, six airbags, flat tyre indicator, etc.
As far as the powerhouse is concerned, the India-spec Audi Q3 is available with a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine, generating 174 Bhp of power and 380 Nm of torque. In addition, a seven-speed S-Tronic transmissions box is also mated to the engine for dispatching the power at wheels. The all-wheel drive facility for the unit is also accessible as an option. In addition, the Q3 Dynamic edition has got Audi Drive Select for adjustable transmission, steering and engine modules.
