Today, Audi has launched the retouched version of its RS7 at the price of INR 1.402 Crore, ex-Showroom, Mumbai and Delhi. It was showcased at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show in January as the powerful variant of the A7 Sportback and exact after one year from the date of its debut in Detroit, this vehicle started running on the Indian ways. The manufacturer did subtle aesthetic renovations on the RS7 last year, while engineering a latest Matrix LED lighting system is the biggest change on this vehicle. Other changes on the outside come with a Singleframe grille alongside a honeycomb design, an updated airdam and LED bands for brake lights.
By offering new enticing color options for the RS7 facelift's exterior, Audi has made it more captivating as compared to its outgoing version. Inside, the runabout gets revised MMI system, including superb graphics chip from Nvidia, who is the partner of Audi. Moreover, the interior is based on black color's theme comprising carbon inlays and aluminium tracery. Coming to the engine, which remains same as before with a 4.0 litre V8 Bi-Turbo TFSI unit that produces a maximum power of 560 hp and a peak torque of 700 Nm.
The churned out output goes to its all wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission and an Audi's Quattro all wheel drive system. In just 3.9 seconds, the sports car can be accelerated to 100 km/h starting from zero. Optionally, its top speed is able to increase by 55 km/h in order to be resulting from 250 km/h to 305 km/h. Notably, the German luxury car making company offers COD (Cylinder on Demand) system on this runabout.
