Search for a stylish, upgraded and easy pricey bike ends with the new launches by Bajaj - BS6-compliant versions of the 100cc CT and Platina 100. Upgraded to BS6, the prices of the CT100 and Bajaj Platina 100 is increased by approx INR 6,000-7,000 in comparison to the previous version.
The two commuters launched by Bajaj encounters a price hike, at INR 40,794, BS6 Bajaj CT100 goes up by INR 7,392 from the earlier version’s price of INR 33,402. Now, the cost of the BS6 100cc Platinas is INR 47,264 for the kick-start version and INR 54,797 for the electric-start. All prices, ex-showroom Delhi. The cost of all the three models of BS6 is around INR 6,000-7,000 more than the BS4 models.
The up-gradation to BS6 signifies that both the models - CT and Platina now use fuel injection mechanism and featured with revised exhaust systems.

Unlike silver finishing in the BS4 model, the components like chain cover, engine casing and fork on the BS6 CT100 comes in black finishing. However, the Bajaj CT100 does not boast any considerable changes, neither the company has announced any changes in Platina. We still need to wait for the complete list of revamps introduced in the commuters.
Sarang Kanade, president (Motorcycles), of the company, stated, “The introduction of these models begins the transition of our product range to BS6 norms. Bajaj Auto has scaled up their line-up of BS6 compliant vehicles and will make BS6 bikes available in the other models too in the next few weeks.”
