The Bajaj CT 100 has carried a whole different era along with it. While the time of its introduction, it has become the competitor in the Indian two-wheeler market. Even after creating a successful history, back in the year 2006 the Bajaj Auto Ltd. has discontinued the CT 100 due to some reasons. Now, after revealing a new variant under the Platina model, i.e. Bajaj Platina 100 ES, the firm has introduced the all new and updated CT 100 once again in the Indian two-wheeler market. Although, the 2015 Bajaj CT 100 doesn't seem to receive any major technical changes, it has only gone through some cosmetic updates.
The first and foremost thing of attraction is the body graphics received by the entry-level commuter motorcycle. Apart from that, the 2015 Bajaj CT 100 has already made its un-official appearance at a few of the local dealerships in some small cities or capital cities. The updated 2015 commuter motorcycle is now priced at Rs 35,801 (Ex-Showroom).
However, the re-launch doesn't comprise of any technical changes in the bike. The 2015 Bajaj CT 100 is powered by the very same single-cylinder, 4-stroke motor. The 99.27cc displaced engine is mated to a 4-speed gearbox. The power and torque figures achieved by the motorcycle are 8.2 BHP and 8.05 Nm, respectively. Being an updated version, the Bajaj CT 100 is blessed with newly designed graphics over the headlight cowl, fuel tank and over the remaining body. Instead of featuring the very old wire-spoke wheels, it is now featuring 5-spoke alloy wheels. In order to achieve better riding experience, the firm has also re-tuned the suspensions, which is the major technical change in the picture yet.
Eventually, the Bajaj Auto Ltd. is concentrating more on the rural area users, as the re-launch of the Bajaj CT 100 clearly vindicates. Moreover, the firm has made this commuter available in these areas first. For more updates of the 2015 Bajaj CT 100, stay tuned with SAGMart.
