The most awaited commuter motorcycles from Bajaj Discover Series have been launched yesterday. The all new twin brothers Bajaj Discover 150F (Faired Version) and Discover 150S are available at the dealerships of Bajaj. Although, both the motorcycles are sharing same technical specifications, but the features that contradicts each other are 150F is a faired version motorcycle and 150S is a standard commuter faired motorcycle. The well-known Honda Motorcycles, Yamaha and Hero many others are there who have their participants in the 150cc segment. Let's have a look over this, which one is providing amazing features along with affordable price tag.

Well, moving towards the topic, the recently launched twin brothers from Bajaj Discover Series have their competitors sustaining the market. Honda Stunner for Discover 150F and Yamaha SZ-S will be competing against both. In terms of styling, it seems that the 150F is executed in a bit hurry. The Bajaj boffins should have given some more stretch in the designing of the Discover 150F. They could have extended the launch event for this motorcycle and can introduce it during the festival season in India. The company should have given a good reason to the buyers to own a Bajaj Discover 150F, because the Honda Stunner is also available with amazing sporty looks at a class below (125cc) than the aforementioned motorcycle.

Talking about the technical specifications, both the motorcycles; Discover 150F and Discover 150S have been blessed with the same 144.8cc segment engine displacement. The engine is capable to generate a total power of 14.29 BHP and a maximum torque of 12.75Nm. Hence, the 153cc powered air-cooled, single-cylinder engine of Yamaha SZ is capable to pump out 12 BHP of total power and a maximum torque of 12.8Nm. The Yamaha SZ's engine is mated with a 5-speed transmission with a shift pattern of one-down and four-up and the Bajaj Discover brothers are also featuring a 5-speed constant mesh transmission but with all up-pattern.

The braking system in these motorcycles has been taken care by a front disc brake and rear drum brake, whereas the 150S remains unblessed, as it receives disc brake at the front but as an option. The company claimed top speed achieved by the Discover motorcycles is 110KMPH and 103KMPH is the Yamaha SZ's company claimed top speed.

Now, here comes the pricing section. The Yamaha SZ carrying all these carrying features is priced at Rs 72,532 (Ex-Showroom Price), Honda Stunner costs Rs 60,242 (Ex-Showroom Price) and the Bajaj Discover 150 motorcycles will be coming along carrying a starting price tag of Rs 52,030 (Ex-Showroom Price).
