With the Pulsar 200NS re-launch, the company wants to rewind the 200NS’ replacement action with the adventure sport tourer, the AS200. Basically, the AS200 was company’s part of the plan to freshen the lineup in the 200cc displacement genre. Unfortunately, this maneuver also went in vein, as this replacement strategy helped to get an only average sale. So, it is the right time to bring back the beast Pulsar 200NS in a whole new avatar.
Mr. Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director, Bajaj Motorcycles has recently quoted saying in an interview that they did not have a good run last year during Onam festival. Besides, he suggested an array of launches in this September to December duration too. While, a high-powered bike of around 400cc to compete with the numero uno cruiser bikes manufacturer, Royal Enfield would launch in November this year.
Lately, a few months ago, the two Pulsar 200NS prototypes spied with advanced ABS safety feature, clearly, supports the quoted saying of Mr. Rajiv Bajaj. As a revived form of naked roadrunner garnished with new livery and graphics design is on the way. The company has thought over to offer this refreshed Pulsar NS200 on the basis of gathered feedbacks of the unsatisfied audience and enthusiasts from the dealers. The truth will be confronted after the Pulsar 200NS official launch in the country that how much attention has been paid to fulfill audience feedback and demands. Post its launch, it will go in the pit to compete with the available rival in the segment, TVS Apache 200 4V.
