At the growing rate of Indian car market, renowned German car Maker Company, BMW is bringing something new and exciting model, introducing i8 petrol-electric hybrid supercar. It is coming into Indian market from first week of February.
BMW i8 will come with great features having carbon body. It will be expensive model in Indian sub-continent that is priced around Rs 1.5 crore. It is being speculated that delivery of this supercar will start form late 2014 or early 2015 in India.
It is being said by company side that new BMW i8 supercar will come with the efficiency of a compact car that will perform as sport cars. BMW i8 supercar has amazing features; it is powered by 1.5 litre 3-cylinder petrol engine that generates the maximum power of 357 bhp and with torque of 570 Nm. You can easily control the speed of car and can cross the speed range of 0 – 100 kmph in only 4.5 seconds. It is the BMW i8 petrol-electric hybrid.
BMW i8 supercar exterior and interior design is good and crafted by latest technology. It will come with some extra features such as optional laser headlamps, helper for maximum visibility for driver and others. The headlamps also have inbuilt daytime running lights which make it little bit different and besides that indicators are entirely different from previous models of this new car. Except all, BMW i8 supercar has impressive twin stylish doors that open outside the car that give an awesome look to it.
