BMW Launched its M4 Competition Sport Edition in Spain

Leaving behind all the other auto markets, the new BMW M4 Competition Sport Edition has been launched in Spain. Slotted amid the standard BMW M4 coupe and the 2016 BMW M4 GTS, the carmaker will offer only 60 units of the model for the country. Available in three color options namely, White, Blue and Black, the car will go on sale for the price of 1,32,900 Euros or INR 1 Crore (Approx).

In order to make 0-100 kmph in 4 seconds as well as to reach a top speed of 280 kmph, the car will be needing a huge power that will be undertaken by a 3.0-litre TwinPower six-cylinder turbo engine. By having this powerhouse, it will generate a maximum power of 450 Bhp at 7,000 rpm along with a torque of 550 Nm between 1,850 to 5,500 rpm. To send the power at wheels, the motor is also mated to a 7-speed dual clutch Drivelogic M DKG automatic transmission.

Coming to the features, the M4 Competition Sport Edition comes with a CFRP front bumper, CFRP rear spoiler, CFRP mirror housings, a new rear diffuser, side moldings and the trademark kidney grille. Besides, the car stands on 20-inches wheels, which are integrated with high-performance 265/30 R20 tyres at the front and 285/30 R20 tyres at the rear.



BMW has also furnished the newly designed seats that are stitched with BMW M hallmark and flag.  The interior is also attached with a number of comfort and eye-catching features.

Some of the standard features are listed as gear shift indicator, carbon-ceramic disc brake, sound system by Harman Kardon, a navigation system, automotive headlights, reversing camera and many others.
