BMW has come up with yet another mind blowing offering in the form of facelift version of M6 Gran Coupe. The four-door coupe has been launched at INR 1.71 Crores (ex-showroom). Along with this, the automaker has also established its first ever M Studio in Mumbai, which will be handling the retail of the M Series models to be sold out in India. This studio is similar to the AMG Performance Center set up by Mercedes. BMW is planning to open 7 such M studios at prime locations like Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune by 2016 end.

Although, the new Gran Coupe bears a lot of resemblance to the existing one, the slightly modified features can not be overlooked. The list of changes include revamped headlights, revised front bumper, LED tail lights and some other important elements. Moving on to the interior, it houses a newly installed Telematic system and an infotainment facility. This luxury model is surely going to be loved by all the BMW fans, particularly those who are already in love with the current M6 Gran Coupe.

Talking about the mechanical configuration, it will continue to be fitted with the 4.4 litre, V8 petrol powertrain with the maximum power output amounting to 560 PS and 680 Nm of peak torque. To serve as a more performance-oriented vehicle, there will be a Competition Package that will come as an optional arrangement. This will boost up the output to reach 600 PS/700 Nm, which will be transmitted to the rear wheels via an 8-speed Steptronic gearbox.
