BSB Replica Honda Fireblade Available in Limited Edition

The Japanese motorcycle maker has surprisingly come-up with a limited edition model of its well-famed liter-class sports motorcycle, Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade. The all of a sudden entry made by this sports machine has already created a buzz all around. Honda Motorcycles has given an all new paint scheme of the firm’s iconic British Superbike team. Being a Limited Edition sports motorcycle, it is named as a BSB Replica Honda Fireblade. As the design acquired has taken its inspiration from British Superbike team, it comprises of red and black colors majorly.

According to the Tweet made by Honda, “BSB fans- we are creating 50 BSB Replica Fireblades that you can get your hands on this summer! Excited?”. Along with this tweet, Honda Motorcycles has also posted a picture of upcoming limited edition sports motorcycle featuring the well-famed BSB riders: Jenny Tinmouth, Jason O’Halloran and Dan Linfoot. Three of them are holding the limited edition BSB Replica Honda Fireblade. Affirmed by the Japanese motorcycle maker that it is a limited edition machine, it is limited to 50 units, ONLY.

Mechanically, Honda Fireblade is sharing the very same technical specification with CBR1000RR. Powered by a liquid-cooled, in-line 4-cylinder motor configuration and an engine displacement of 999.8cc, it is tuned to churn out a maximum power of 175.6 BHP @ 12,000 RPM and achieves a maximum torque of 112 Nm @ 8,500 RPM. The 999.8 cc displaced engine is further coupled with a 6-speed Constant mesh transmission.

Moving towards the pricing section, BSB Replica Honda Fireblade will probably go on sale this summer only carrying a price tag of £13,499, which is only £1,300 higher than the base model of Fireblade. With the Akrapovic exhaust system, it sounds really amazing over the race tracks. As per a Honda Spokesperson, “It was unveiled at a dealer day. The on-road price is £13,499 and production run is limited to 50”.
