India's first super car DC Avanti was displayed to the world long back in Auto Expo 2012 and got the huge appreciation from the crowd. Dilip Chhabria, the famous car makeover artist, who is known to modify the cars in a way that even the manufacturers can't do; has developed this car in his design studio. The car will soon hit the roads, but those the final confirmation is still required from the company.
The DC Aavanti gets its power from the Ford EcoBoost 2.0 Litre 4-Cylinder DOHC engine, which has been named among the top engines around the earth. The engine is able to belt out 245 bhp power and 366 Nm of torque and has 6-speed manual transmission. The car basically holds the Indian touch in its soul and will be designated as the first super car of India. It's also the Euro5 certified and soon will be Euro 6 compatible, and that will make sure that it's allowed to sell outside India as well.
The DC Avanti has been spotted testing many times and once again it was spotted with the camouflage allover it, but the tail-lights were different from what was shown at the Auto Expo 2012. Now, all the eyes will on this car, DC Avanti, the first super car of India coming at the price INR 30 Lac.
