Duster Based Pickup Launched by Dacia

The famous French manufacturer Dacia has modified the Duster SUV into a pickup truck and has revealed to the world this week. The pickup has been jointly manufactured by the Dacia and Romturingia, a Romanian Coach Builder. There would be only 500 limited numbers of the pickup truck available and all be delivered to the same customer in Romania, And 10 of them have already been delivered as well. The vehicle surely does have the base of Duster SUV, but none of the other modifications and details like suspension and others haven't been confirmed yet.

The engine of the car will be a 1.5 Litre K9K diesel engine producing 110 PS power along with the all wheel drive system. It also have 1.7 meters length to carry out nearly 450 KG of weight. The other major changes in the car consist of an external roll cage at the front.

In India, the company launched the Duster AWD last month and the car has received the great response, but this pickup truck has no plans to come in India yet, though the face-lifted version of the Duster could arrive at last of this year or at the beginning of the new year, at least the company is saying so.
