People think that choosing a car to buy is a challenging task to go through. But it's not that challenging as you may think. Keep a room for Aftermarket Expenses in your budget -  Enquire the on-road price of those cars which costs lesser than the budget you have decided so that you can go for aftermarket accessories and fittings within the range of your pocket. Let's take an example, if your budget amount to purchase a car falls around Rs. 5 Lakh, then always calculate the car price after 'aftermarket expense' or choose a car of less price value than your budget. Because everyone wants a car with good accessories like music player, wheel caps, alloy wheels etc. and that takes extra money to spend on the car after buying.
