Ducati Diavel Carbon, now Euro 4 compliant, is receivable through Ducati\'s dealerships in India with a price tag of Rs. 19.73 lakhs (ex-showroom, India). The motorcycle was priorly took down from the production’s series in an order to make it following BS-IV emission norms.
It has the similar prominent styling like the standard model. Although, the Diavel Carbon takes forged aluminum wheels in relation to the special livery. The motorcycle also gives amazing brushed steel exhaust covers and Zircotec-coated exhaust setup.
The new Ducati Diavel Carbon is powered by a 1198cc L-twin engine which is BS-IV compliant. The engine is able to churn out a maximum power of 152bhp along with a peak torque of 123Nm and comes mated to a six-speed transmission setup and slipper clutch. Coming to the weight, the Diavel Carbon is comparatively lighter (approximately 5kg) than the standard model which weights around 234kg.
As the Yamaha VMAX model is now not available in the country, it is advantageous for the Ducati Diavel Carbon as it doesn’t receive direct competition.
