The second largest car manufacturing company of South Korea, Kia has already unconcealed its production version of KX3 concept at the 2014 Guangzhou Auto Show. Talking about its dimensions, it will have a length of 4,260 mm, width of 1,765 mm, wheelbase of 2,590 mm and would be 1,630 mm in height. At the front, this concept model furnishes the latest design philosophy of Hyundai alongside a narrower Tigershark front grille as well as a stunning high mounted headlights. Based on a high tensile steel monocouque, the car comprises noteworthy security function that will protect its occupants from dangerous injuries and would bestow them a healthy journey.
Reportedly, Kia KX3 seems to arrive on dealership in China in the fourth month of next year. This runabout will be machined on the basis of Hyundai ix25 that has been available for purchasing in China and from the mechanical point of view, KX3 will receive 1.6 litre naturally aspirated as well as turbocharged petrol mills. Both of these engines are anticipated to be coupled with a 5 speed manual and 7 speed dual clutch automatic transmission systems.
It will render straight impedance against the likes of Honda XR-V, Honda Vezel, Ford EcoSport and Hyundai ix25. Until now, Kia has not made any plan to launch this runabout in India, but there are anticipation that KX3 will arrive in the country very soon.
