Lately, reports had been doing the rounds regarding the launch of Fiat's new Abarth models namely Punto and Avventura. The former was scheduled to be launched on 19th of October, whereas the latter was slotted to be introduced by the end of October. However, Fiat has launched both the models together in an official event today at INR 9.95 Lacs (ex-showroom). Besides the mechanical configuration, these models also share elements like Abarth badges on certain exterior portions and scorpion design on their respective alloy wheels. The powertrain has imparted loads of power and speed to the newly launched cars.

This hatchback carries 3989 mm of length, 1687 mm of width and a height measuring 1505 mm. The wheelbase and ground clearance on offer amount to 2510 mm and 155 mm respectively. From outside, it gets red colored wing mirrors, chrome door handles, Abarth decals, four disc brakes, racy steering, sporty seats, etc. Under the hood, a 1.4 litre T Jet petrol engine is fitted that makes 145Bhp and 212 Nm of maximum output. It can sprint upto 100 km/h in just 8.8 seconds with the top speed reaching to 190 km/h.
This crossover has been rolled out with similar stylish elements like the hot hatch. It measures 3989 mm long, 1706 mm wide, and 1542 mm tall. It stands with the ground clearance of 205 mm and a wheelbase of 2510 mm. The exterior is beautifully adorned with black cladding at the doors, wheel arches and the same pattern is found bordering the fog lamps as well. The interior has received similar treatment as compared to the Punto except for the Bluetooth and audio streaming. The same T Jet motor does duty on this car, but with a varied output of 140Bhp/210Nm.
