Fiat India has launched the Punto EVO Pure as a new base variant of the lineup which has also become the introductory model from the carmaker in the country. By replacing the Punto Pure, Punto Pure EVO became the most affordable car for Fiat India. It is priced at INR 4.92 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) as opposed to the Punto Pure which was priced at INR 4.66 Lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
The new smallest offering, Punto EVO Pure is powered by a 1.2-litre FIRE petrol engine which develops a maximum power of 68hp at 6,000 rpm along with the peak torque of 96 Nm which comes out at 2,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
The new Punto Evo Pure features all the basic features which were earlier offered in Punto Pure. There is an option to choose among the six different exterior colour shades - red, white, black, grey, bronze and dark grey.
