It's really a great news for the Ford admirers, who have been getting impatient from quite a long period to drive the Iconic muscle car Mustang. According to some fresh reports, the Mustang is all set to be launched here in the country on July 12, 2016. It has captured millions of eyeballs at the earlier concluded 2016 Auto Expo for its style, design, and features. Recently, the automaker has also unveiled this car for Malaysian market with two engine options- 2.3L and 5.0L out of which latter would be offered for the India based model.
Under the moniker of sixth generation model, it is the first time when this beast will be available in the RHD (Right-hand drive) facility. Furthermore, it will be brought via CBU route in Indian and expected to be tagged between a price range of INR 55 to INR 60 Lakhs (Ex-showroom).

Mechanically, the India bound Mustang will be powered by a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine that is going to boost the model with a whopping power of 435 Bhp along with a peak torque of 542 Nm. The motor is also magnified with a 6-speed SelectShift automatic gearbox with paddle shifters.
On the mechanical front, it has been adorned by signature HID headlamps, long bonnet, a large grille that is also dominated by a galloping horse, and daytime running lights, while the back profile houses the rear diffuser and LED tail lights. In addition, the 18-inch alloy wheels are there to run the vehicle in every condition.

Some of the features have also been listed as dual-zone HVAC system, electronic line-lock, adaptive cruise control, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), Cross Traffic Alert, drive mode selector, dual front bags, rain sensing camera, etc. Since launched in the four-wheeler segment, it has won many hearts and will definitely do the same here.
