GM Fastest car Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Specs Revealed

You remember the January 2014 Detroit Auto Show, where GM revealed its Chevrolet Corvette Z06 as a successor of the its super sports car C6. But, at that time the company didn't reveal the specs of the new Corvette Z06 and left everything for imagination. Now, when the details about the power house and other specs of the car are out, it seems that the car will prove to a headache for the others.

The Chevrolet Corvette Z06 comes with a mighty 6.2 litre V8 engine to produce the ample power of 650 PS and a huge 880 Nm of torque. These both numbers make the new Corvette Z06 the most powerful built of the GM ever. The capabilities of the new Corvette Z06 take it ahead of the cars like McLaren 650S, SRT Viper and Corvette Z1 too. The car is able to achieve this much capability with the features like 1.7 Litre supercharger, aluminum cylinder heads, titanium intake valves, dry-sump oiling and the 5^th generation small block design for its engine. The customers will have the option of selecting the transmission from 7-speed manual and 8-speed automatic with steering wheel shift paddles for the automatic transmission for the manual gear selecting.

The new Chevrolet Corvette Z06 will hit the production line in early 2015 and the company has promised to let the customers know about the price at that time only. So, we just can wait and hope that our wait will bring the worthy results like this time.
