Harley-Davidson, the world known motorcycle company, has introduced its first electric motorcycle just a few days back. The company had recently started an experience tour among the roads of the United States. This project is known as Harley-Davidson Project LiveWire. The touring of Harley-Davidson’s Electric bikes will continue till the end of the year 2014. This experience tour will go on only in the United States of America, and had started from the New York City on 24th June. The company already created a buzz by showcasing its first electric bike.

The experience tour by the company is intended for the riders to take the pleasure of riding an electric motorcycle, that too of HD. The riders will take pause on various dealerships of HD, covering 30 cities across the US. The people who will be taking zeal to have a test ride to HD electric bike will get a chance to have a hand on it. The company will also take feedback from the riders. The schedule of this Experience Tour has not been revealed yet, but some of the dealerships stops are a New York Dealership; HD Museum, Milwaukee, WI; Boston HD, MA and Brian's HD, Philadelphia, US. The fans of Harley-Davidson are much more excited for the upcoming bike from the company. The excitement can be seen by 42,000 likes on the Facebook page of Harley-Davidson Project Livewire posted by the company.

Mark-Hans Richer, Chief Marketing Officer of HD said, "Project LiveWire is more like the first electric guitar-not an electric car, it's an expression of individuality and iconic style that just happens to be electric." After getting feedback from the Project Livewire Experience Tour, the company will decide the launch of its first Electric bike.
