The South Korean company, Hyundai has launched the refreshed version of its Elantra in India with seven variants between the price of INR 14.13 Lacs to INR 17.94 Lacs. This model has taken noteworthy freshness on the outside and inside, including some additional features. However, the manufacturer has not given any mechanical updates to this sedan and is powered by the same 1.8 litre Dual VTVT petrol engine as well as a 1.6 litre VGT CRDi diesel mill. Both of these powertrains produce power and torque of 147 bhp, 178 Nm and 126 bhp, 260 Nm, respectively.
There are two transmission options for a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox, which work as a power supplier. On the other hand, this sedan model has been adored with a latest front fascia alongside new bumper, chrome grille, projector headlamps including LED lighting and renovated fog lamps. Its side profile includes redesigned 10 spoke 16 inch alloy wheels, chrome door handles and an electrically adjustable outside rear view mirror. Coming to the rear end, which has been spruced with a new LED effect rear combination lamp, dual tone bumper and chrome tipped exhaust.
Inside, it has a black colored theme, leather seats, aluminium pedal, metallic scuff plates and new central console box comprising arm rest and rear air conditioning vents. Hyundai also offers impressive comfort and convenient features with smart key alongside push button start, auto cruise control, electro folding mirrors, Bluetooth incorporating controls on steering, new generation touch audio, 10 way power seats and auto headlights.
Now, the last, but not least, the Hyundai Elantra facelift renders superb safety through its six airbags, ABS, Electro Chromic Mirror, electronic stability control, Hill Assist Control, parking sensors, vehicle stability management and rear view camera.
