The much awaited Moscow Motor Show has finally been started and the first car which grabbed the attention of the public was the already launched Hyundai Solaris or better known as the Verna Facelift to the Indian audience. The car was spotted with the heavy artwork all over its body which was looking good. The car has received many updates on exteriors and interiors with the little change in engine too. And, here are the details about the car.
The exterior of the car has the changes like new front fascia, larger headlights, dual-slat chrome grille, new bumper, LED DRLs, LED brake light, new reflectors at the bumper and an underlip in black color as well. Though, the interiors are almost the same with just a little brush up, but nothing significant. Mechanically, the oil burner is the same, that is 1.4 Litre and 1.6 Litre petrol power house, but what has changed is the transmission and now the larger gear box have the 6-speed manual & automatic transmission, whereas the lower version comes with 4-speed automatic transmission gear box.
The car price is been up by the INR 11000-18000 and now the ex-showroom price of the Verna Facelift is around INR 8.25 Lac. However, there hasn't been any confirmation about the launch date of the car in India, but we expect that it will be very soon; may be in the festive season, which is due in a month.
