"Indian" Bikes are world famous for their cow boy styling and cruiser design. The bikes have now arrived to India also. "Indian" company has opened their outlet in Delhi which will serve the whole nation with these bikes. The company was acquired by Polaris automobiles in 2011. The bikes will be made available to Delhi showroom in the form of CBU from their home country America.
In the launching event of "Indian" bikes, they showcased three bikes which will make their debut in Indian automobile market. They are Indian Classic priced at Rs. 26.5 lakhs, Indian Vintage priced at Rs. 29.5 lakhs and Indian Chieftain priced at 33 lakhs. All of the Indian bikes are powered by a 1811 cc engine which churns out 139 Nm @ 2,800 rpm of torque. They all also have keyless ignition, ABS, cast aluminum frame and Cruise control.
