Indian Chief Dark Horse Breaks Surprise, Pictures Leaked

The newly announced cruiser motorcycle in the family of Indian Motorcycles is readying for its official global debut, but now carrying no more surprise. Just a few days back, the American cruiser manufacturer has confirmed the comeback of the Indian Chief Dark Horse. The firm has officially revealed the launching date of the upcoming motorcycle. The Indian Motorcycles has updated their official website with a Dark Horse Challenge and the launching ceremony will be going to take place at the Downtown, Chicago, United States. The introduction is scheduled on 13th February, 2015, starting from 4pm.

Now, talking about the leaked images of the Indian Chief Dark Horse, well it reveals several cosmetic works done by the Indian Motorcycles boffins. Starting from the most eye-catching feature, i.e. the cruiser has gone through a dark Matt Black paint scheme incorporated with some chrome plated elements such as exhaust tail. The offered paint scheme is not yet disclosed by the manufacturer. Apart from the color, the gorgeous beauty has been spiced-up by the round-shaped under-cover headlight, black-colored rims, mirrors, handlebars and reservoirs. The "Chief" logo covering up the fuel tank, polished fins and push rod covers are some of the main ingredients glorifying the Indian Chief Dark Horse.

Technically, the Indian Chief Dark Horse is powered by the inherited Thunder-Stroke 111 type engine carrying an engine displacement of 1811cc. The air-cooled V-Twin engine is adjusted in 49-degree of angle, which is capable to achieve a maximum torque of 139Nm. The 1811cc displaced engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. Concluding with the technical feature and the makeover of the Indian Chief Dark Horse, it vindicates that it will apparently belong to the Cruiser section of Indian Motorcycles.

The expected price to be carried by the upcoming cruiser motorcycle will be nearly 17,000 USD (Rs 10.54 Lacs). And, if we'll talk about the Indian market price tag, it would definitely carry a hefty price tag, which would stand in between Rs 25 Lacs and Rs 27 Lacs (Ex-Showroom Price).
