Renowned Japanese auto giant- Kawasaki has announced an exciting discount of INR 40,000 for its middleweight sportbike Ninja 650 to celebrate the long run of 120 years, globally. This cut in price made the tourer more economical offering as the consequent price tag marks INR 4.97 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) figures. Exclusively applicable on the 2015 models, the offer is affected from 1 August 2016.

Aiming to run out the existing 2015 models stock, the pretty attractive reduction of INR 40,000 will also help the manufacturer to attract the wider group of audience. This move now brings the Ninja 650 closer to the Kawasaki ER-6n in pricing whichever also extended the choices for the desirables.
Equipped with sporty step-up seats, fully faired Ninja 650 is one of the most comfortable and worthy tourers available in India. Lately, the bike maker has released 2016 updates for the Ninja 650, which include new paint scheme and fresh decals where Kawasaki lettering has been eliminated from the front bottom fairing.

Beneath the massive chiseled fuel tank, Ninja 650 gets a 649cc, parallel twin engine as a beating heart. This fuel injected motor is tuned to produce a maximum power of 71.1 bhp at 8,500 rpm and the towering torque of 64 Nm at 7,000 rpm. Mechanicals is mated to a six-speed transmission gearbox. Moreover, the damping duties are handled by the suspension setup of 41mm telescopic front fork and rear offset mono shock. While, for deceleration, the machine is furnished with 300mm twin petal discs at the front wheel and a 200mm petal disc unit at the rear.
