Kawasaki introduced new Z and Ninja series sportsbikes in India

Kawasaki seems to be having firm plans for India as they introduced five bikes at a time in India. These bikes were launched in Bangalore and the whole ceremony took place in accordance with India Kawasaki Motors, which is the Indian subsidiary of Kawasaki. This company has learned a lot from its earlier models and perceived the strategy after various other companies like DSK Hyosung, Ducati and Triumph turned their steps towards India. Kawasaki had sold some standard bikes also during its initial days as a joint venture with Bajaj.

 

Kawasaki was reaching their customers with Bajaj Auto Limited till now. During the launch event of these five bikes, the Khivraj Group was also one of the hosts which is an automobile dealer since last many years and has a good approach in the sector. The bikes which were introduced includes Kawasaki Ninja and Kawasaki Z series. The prices have also been declared which can be referred here:

The smallest in engine Kawasaki Z800 is powered by an 806cc engine,which develops a good 113PS of power. The next contender here is Z1000, which is a naked bike and houses a 1043cc engine, developing 142PS of power. This engine is shared by Ninja 1000 which is a full flared version of Z1000. Both these bikes are similar in terms of power and displacement.

Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R is a super sports bike which is an example of big things in small packets. It is a 998cc machine which develops a healthy 209.9BHP of power. At this power it’s a deserving wow thing. The last and the biggest here is Ninja ZX14R which is a tourer sports bike and has a good 1141cc engine, developing 210BHP of power.

As these bikes are meant for performance, the company has made them quick enough to reach the speed of 100kmph within 3 seconds. The rider can adjust their ground clearance and seats to meet the standard of Indian roads.
