KTM 390 Adventure, a hot subject, which was in the news from the past several months and reportedly may launched in between the last of first quarter or in the beginning of second quarter of2016. Recently, this motorcycle has been put to the front in an envisage form exclusively for Rushlane by the Designer Pratyush Rout.

Currently in construction phase, KTM 390 adv is expected to develop on the new improved chassis to make it even more stronger than the prior first generation duke family. As per the reports, KTM adventure tourer is probably be underpinned with the both 200cc and 390cc engine offering that powering the current Duke and RC twins.
Mr. Stefan Pierer statement that develop such a derivative was not possible to built on the first generation Duke platform, makes the fact concrete strong that the KTM 390 adventure is constructed on second generation chassis with new rear sub-frame which is more suitable for touring and off-roading, and also revealed in the spy shots of the motorcycle, few time ago.

A tall windshield to prevent air resistance and panniers and a luggage rack for carrying luggage also installed in the tourer.
Mechanically, no such big noticeable changes to be witnessed as the KTM 390 adventure will carry the same 373.2cc, liquid-cooled and single cylinder engine from the current RC and Duke 390 motorcycle with some improvements and tuning to produce the adventure tourer like performance. Once launched it will go head to head with the Royal Enfield Himalayan and Mahindra Mojo and expected to carry the price tag closer to the KTM RC 390.
