KTM India lineup has witnessed a major update in 2017 in the form of 2017 Duke 390, an unexpected introduction of all-new Duke 250 along with refreshed Duke 200 with minor tweaks. The top end Duke 390 trim received major alterations in terms of more sharp and aggressive design and new features.
Now, takes the most affordable Duke 200 offering in consideration which got an orange treatment on alloys along with new graphics. The 2019 model year iteration of the same is being said to get updated as similar to Duke 250 and 390 in terms of design and styling. So, the upcoming Duke 200 will be furnished with the similar headlamp with LED headlamp and a few other bits.
Furthermore, the recent unveiling of the Duke 200 at the Indonesia International Motor Show, suggests the introduction of a side mounted exhaust. The similar silencer unit has already been observed in the Duke 250 and 390. It is expected the next generation Duke 200 model for the India-specific market could also get the side-mounted exhaust. However, the automaker did not make any official announcement that the bike will be armed with a side mounted exhaust or not.

Beneath the fuel tank, no alterations are suggested. The motorcycle will continue to get the propelling power from the same 199.5cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled motor. Mated to a five-speed gearbox, the mill is rated to churn out the maximum power of 25hp along with 19.2Nm of torque.
