KTM planning all new Duke series for 2015; Spied in Camouflage

The KTM Duke series has won the emblem of one of the most popular motorbikes in the Indian industry of two wheelers. Boasted with 390cc and 200cc engine options, the Indian youth is mad about them and a good portion of applause is brought from Bajaj’s strong network of operation. The Duke series is up for an upgrade for 2015, and as far as the spied images are concerned, the changes won’t be guiding the mechanicals anywhere in the engine. The images show the bikes wearing camouflage with exposed orange frame and wheels.

The international market is holding the alleged series with engines ranging from 125cc. 200 Duke and 390 Duke have shared their engines with the newly launched RC series with tweaks in body frame and styling. The visible changes one of the two bikes spied was with its exhaust. Breaking the tradition, the bike was seen with a fully fledged silencer. It may perform for the better notes and combustion.  The rear portion has a new registration plate mount with blinkers. Nothing to gaze over the front look as even the company itself hasn’t do that.

Elder's Arrival: KTM 690 Duke or 1290 Super Duke R, which one will enter India first?

The 199.5cc engine of Duke 200 churns out 25BHP of power, while the elder kinfolk is a 373.2cc runner which makes 43BHP of maximum power. Both these bikes are made to perform and currently ruling the segment over the streets. It would be difficult for the firm to manage with the upgrades. The chances of launching 125cc version in India are also on charts, which will trigger the demand of low configured performance bikes in India.
