KTM Upcoming Middleweight V-Twins Spied Testing

The KTM's announcement made at the former EICMA motorcycle show is turning out to be real. The EICMA is the world's most amazing motorcycle event, which takes place at the Milan, Italy. Last year, in the 2014, the EICMA was organized from 6th to 9th November, 2014. The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer has promised to introduce a middleweight V-twin engined motorcycle in the coming time. And, here comes the proof, a prototype of the KTM V-Twin engined middleweight motorcycle was being spied during its testing.

Currently, the Indian product portfolio is having two models offered by the KTM, Duke Series and RC Series. Along with the introduction of these sports motorcycles in India, the firm has also foretold about the discontinuation of the 690 Enduro and 690 SMC R motorcycles. Although, talking about the under testing models of the upcoming KTM motorcycle, it is pretty much similar to the discontinued 690 Enduro. But, it is to be clear that the upcoming middleweight motorcycle will be featuring major cosmetic upgrades and even technical too.

However, the KTM's upcoming V-Twin engined prototype was spotted testing with its equally rivaling BMW GS 800. As, the firm has confirmed that it would be a middleweight motorcycle, it is expected to be in between the range of 600cc-800cc. Along with this, the Austrian manufacturer is also planning a new line-up having the joint collaboration with Husquarna. KTM's North American President, Mr. Jon-Erik Burleson says, "Husky will quickly start to distinguish itself from its orange stable mates. It will really become clear what our vision is for the Husquarna brand. It will be a real dedicated product line that has a very strong connection with heritage and premium innovation."

Eventually, we will be expecting these middleweight motorcycles carrying V-Twin engines to make their appearance at the upcoming EICMA, 2015 motorcycle show. And, along with these, the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer will also be making its presence with some more new models accompanying Husquarna.
