Celebrating the 70th Independence day in its own way, Mahindra launched the popular TUV300 in a new 'bronze green' colour. The special treatment to this car has been done due customer demands. Mahindra has assured that the new variant will be available on the made to order basis.

However, the company has not revealed the price of this special variant but the dealerships suggest that they are not charging any extra price for this new variant and the price remains similar to the ongoing models. Moreover, there is no mechanical or cosmetic changes in the new TUV300 apart from the new colour scheme.
Under the hood, the exclusive variant is powered by the 1.5-litre mHawk 80 series diesel engine that delivers 80bhp of maximum power and 230Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. There is a optional AMT gearbox in the T6+ and T8+ variants.

The new paint scheme has been extracted from a battle tank as Mahindra believes that the TUV stands for Tough Utility Vehicle and the design resembles to a battle tank. The company intends to celebrate the independence day with the new painted TUV300. The SUV is tough and handles every kind of Indian road condition. Mahindra has garnered a good response from the buyers and successfully marked a good place in the segment as well.
