The German automaker Mercedes-Benz had recently revealed its facelifted CLA, which is set to make its debut at New York Auto Show. For now, another model from the company, GLC 43 AMG, has been unveiled and ready to be showcased at the same event that will commence from March 23. The launch could happen later this year globally while the India bound model could appear in first half of 2017.
Coming to the cosmetic design and features, it brings a diamond radiator grille, new air intake, two twins chromed tailpipes and a new front spoiler at the exteriors. In addition, it sits on the 19-inch alloy wheels as well as integrated with the exhaust pipe on each side at the rear end. Inside the cabin, it gets some signature AMG functions along with a steering wheel stitched with black leather cover, and sports seat with better upholstery.

Mechanically, the Mercedes-Benz GLC 43 AMG will be powered by a 3.0-litre twin turbo, six-cylinders in the V-shape petrol engine, which is good for a maximum power of 367 Bhp between 5,500 rpm to 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 520 Nm in range of 2,500 rpm to 4,500 rpm. In order to deliver power at all wheel axles, the motor is couple to a 9-speed 9G-tronic automatic gearbox.

With a top speed of 250 km/h and 0-100 km/h under 4.8 seconds, the vehicle has enough features to compete with its rivals. The company has also attached some performance equipment like sports suspension as well as a range of transmission modes are also available namely, Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sports Plus and Individual. Anyway, the SUV is due for its premiere at the upcoming show and will join its other siblings.
