After being unveiled at the LA motor show 20144, the joint venture of luxury car manufacturers Mercedes-Benz and Maybach S60 saloon car has finally been priced at INR 1.17 Crore or US $ 1,90,275 and is ready for the April 2015 launch. The car could be regarded as the extended version of the already outgoing S600 Mercedes-Benz, as it has grown in the exterior size, which in turn provides larger boot space and enhanced legroom to make your feel luxury. It has been developed after the intense of 2.5 years of R&D as said by the company and we got to say that the result is definitely very impressive.
Talking about the power factor, the car has been powered by beast of an engine that gets specifications of 6.0 Litre twin-turbocharged V12 petrol mill producing 522 bhp power and 830 Nm of monstrous torque as well. The developed power is sent to the rear-wheels using the Mercedes-Benz 7-Speed AMG spec Automatic Transmission system. After getting launched in the month of April, the car will be followed by the S500 and S400 variant as well.
If you're concerned about the launch of this car in the Indian market, then there is a good news for the potential buyers as it would be available for sale in India, but only through made-on-order route though.
