The Italian two-wheeler maker has started revealing its new line-up for the coming year. After the revealing the brutal beast, Brutale 800 RR, the firm has also introduced the all new Brutale 800 Dragster RR. It's not only the name, there is a lot more to know about the dragster motorcycle. The MV Agusta has recently released a few images of both the motorcycles along with the technical specifications as well. The newly introduced sport motorcycles will be making their first official appearance at the upcoming international motorcycle show, EICMA, which will be going to take place in Milan, Italy, starting from 6th November, 2014.
The Brutale 800 Dragster RR is equipped with the very same mechanism, which have been used in the Brutale 800 RR. Technically, the sports motorcycle will be featuring an in-line, three-cylinder engine with an engine displacement of 798cc. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission and a slipper clutch. The 798cc displacement engine is capable to generate a total power of 140 BHP @ 13,100RPM and a maximum torque of 86 Nm @ 10,100 RPM. The riding and handling capability is improved by the second-generation MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System).
The MV Agusta's Brutale 800 Dragster RR carries sporty look along with it. The suffix RR stands for the retuned-racing version over the base model. The new RR model is comprised with few cosmetic upgrades such as, spoked Kineo wheels matching up with the newly introduced paint scheme of the motorcycle. It has also received new graphics and attractive shades. The riding and handling power has been enhanced by using the golden colored front forks catered by Marzocchi and Sachs monoshock at the rear.
The stopping power of the Dragster 800 RR has been powered by the floating disc brakes catered by Brembo along with Bosch ABS. The newly introduced sports motorcycle will be making its availability in two tempting shades; Pearl Shock red/Pearl Ice White and Pearl Shock Red/Carbon Metallic Black. The Brutale 800 Dragster RR is priced at €16,290 (£12,845), which is a little bit higher than the base model.
