Nissan India has recently launched a new “Sunshine Orange” coloured Micra CVT with a ravishing black interior in the country. The newly launched color is available in both Micra Active and Micra models priced starting at Rs 4.55 lakh. Micra with continuously variable transmission (CVT) will be available at Rs 5.99 lakh.
“The affordable and accessible Micra offers a charming visual appeal with its new “Sunshine Orange” exterior color complemented by the edgy, European-style all-black interior. These new options come without any price increase. We’re confident this package will resonate with Indian customers” said, Arun Malhotra, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India.
Micra is supposed to be a perfect competitor of Tata Tiago and is available in 5 more color options, apart from this color, including Turquoise Black, Brick Red, Onyx Black, Nightshade, Blade silver and storm white. Talking about the interiors, the car bears a piano black finished center console, black door trims, black seat upholstery with contrast blue stitching. On the other hand Micra Active comes with a black instrument cluster, black seat fabric and door armrest finished with silver.
Other specifications of the car remains same as before. The hatchback is available upto 232 Nissan dealerships across the country. Nissan covers the export to over 100 countries for this particular model. May be Nissan Micra is not very appreciated model in the country, but according to the company over 6 million units of the model have been sold globally.
