Nissan Patrol SUV Probably to Launch in India at INR 1 Crore

Nissan is busy in doing preparation to set up its Patrol SUV in the Indian market for the first time around INR 1 Crore. Ahead of its launch, the Japanese car maker has made a plan to debut this vehicle at the auto event, which will be held in Delhi. This upcoming runabout is expected to raise the popularity and fan following of Nissan with the appreciable features. Sometime ago, the manufacturer introduced its X-Trail that got a bad response from the customers and hence, it has been discontinued from the market.

After this passed away version, in our country, the brand is mainly known as for its cheapest car producer Datsun as well as for the expensive models, such as Micra and Sunny. On the other hand, Nissan has been ranked below Toyota that makes it the second largest Japanese car manufacturing company in the International markets. It has acquainted various amazing SUVs with the name of Juke, Murano, Armada, Xterra, Pathfinder and Patrol.

As considering the outstanding prominence about this upcoming vehicle globally, there are anticipations that it will also receive a lot of love in the Indian automotive sector. The Nissan Patrol will be imported via CBU and also seems to give a noteworthy challenge for the Toyota Land LC20, which is powered by a 4.5 litre V8 diesel engine and is priced at INR 1.19 Crores.

Unlikely, the Patrol SUV is machined with a 5.6 litre V8 petrol engine to produce a power of 400 bhp and torque of 570 Nm. Notably, this car is expected to arrive in India alongside 7-speed automatic transmission, which is already available internationally and apart of it, a 6-speed manual as well as a 5-speed automatic variants have also been introduced there.
