Nissan is all set to launch its Sunny in the Indian car market with few expected additional features and almost same mechanical as well as cosmetic updates as its predecessor released last year alongside superb modifications. This upcoming model seems to receive a large number of aesthetic components from the existing one, which is already available in the automotive sector with larger grille boomerang shaped headlights, wing mirrors comprising integrated turn signals and new alloy wheels. Its rear profile gets stunning bumpers and chrome stripped registration plate.
Talking about safety terms, then the manufacturer renovated this car in 2014, including ABS, EBD and Brake Assist, while from the entertaining point of view, it was acquainted with spectacular music system alongside the addition of Bluetooth connectivity and a USB port. Moreover, this ongoing model includes piano black color finished centre console. Under the hood, the forthcoming Nissan Sunny is also anticipated to be same as the current one that is powered by a 1.5 litre petrol engine, which produces power of 99 PS and a torque of 134 Nm.
On the other hand, its oil burner variant comprises 1.5 litre engine to churn out 86 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque. Both of these mill options have been paired to a 5-speed manual transmission system, while the petrol model also comes with CVT in case of the power outputs of 101 PS.
The newly updated version will be set up tomorrow between the higher price of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 as compared to its existing variant. This runabout gives direct rivalry to the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Volkswagen Vento, Skoda Rapid, Fiat Linea, Hyundai Verna and Ford Fiesta.
