Recently, Kinetic and Norton have come in partnership at EICMA 2017 to bring the Norton brand to India. Now, Norton announced the latest offering 650cc Scrambler motorcycle. It is expected that the bike will be the foundation for an Isle of Man TT bike and various other 650cc bikes.
The bike will be scrambler-styled and attract the market with two well-focused variants including a dual-purpose model which is expected as a rendered bike and another a road-focused variant. From the duet, a dual-purpose model is occupying a curved exhaust, a high-placed mudguard, sump guard, rugged tyres, and spoke wheels. Whereas another variant, off-road focused model is accumulated with an 18-inch front wheel and a 19-inch front wheel which make the bike look road-biased.

The bike is powered by a 650cc parallel-twin engine which will be available in three variants in a relationship with diverse power outcomes. In these variants, one will be a high-spec supercharged which will generate 175bhp power and another general variant with a power of 100 BHP and a low-powered one will get 70 BHP version. The engine is framed in a steel trellis with aluminum bolt-on options to experience enhanced torsional solidity. Amazingly, the engine of the bike is speculated to have an identical firing order like the Commando, which is going to launch in India.
The Norton is hoping the 650cc scrambler as its largest seller and the pricing of the bike starts from Rs. 8.6 lakhs. As Kinetic and Norton have come into a joint venture to increase the reach of Norton bikes in India, we can expect the bike to be in the Indian market.
