Peugeot is flaunting cars at the Paris Motor Show and the latest has been the 4 editions of 208 models, which are as follows:
Peugeot 208 Roland Garros
The 208 Roland Garros Edition is to celebrate the French Open Tennis Tournament available in only 5-door versions. This edition is based on the top-end Feline trim with clay court characteristics and Roland Garros sticker under the door mirrors. It costs around INR 16 Lac and is available in white or black color with standard Peugeot 208 engine specifications.
Peugeot 208 GTi 30th Anniversary Edition
This edition celebrates the 30 years of the Peugeot 208 GTi car and the special edition gets the makeover with dual-tone colors with mostly black finish. The exteriors also tuned to be the sportier with suspension and steering system fitted for the tune up. Under the hood, the car has 1.6 Litre THP petrol mill producing 208 PS power with the 6-speed manual gear box.
Peugeot 208 JBL XY Edition
The JBL XY edition will only be available in the France and is special because of the audio enhancement of the regular 208 car. It gets the 8 speaker sound system, including a 240 W amplifier and a sub-woofer from the JBL. It runs on 1.6 Litre petrol and diesel engine producing 155 PS and 115 PS power respectively. It'll cost around INR 18 Lac and only 208 units would be available in the market.
Peugeot 208 Like Edition
The last in the list is the 208 Like Edition, which has been renewed overall like side view mirrors, grille surround, contrasting white panel and door handles with the seat belts in the blue color. The car is powered by the 1.0 Litre petrol engine producing 68 PS power and 1.4 Litre diesel engine with 67 PS power. The price would be around INR 10 Lac.
