Considering the Renault’s Indian Market, the French automaker received a remarkable response for both the two cars - the much anticipated compact SUV Duster and newest small car Kwid. There also a lot of talks to bring the Captur SUV to the Indian market along with a sub-compact version. But still, there is no official confirmation from the Renault India on this. The manufacturer might launch the Captur SUV in 2018’s Auto Expo that would be a good platform to introduce the car.
Coming back to the Brazilian market, company CEO further informed that the Captur SUV will be produced on the same line at São José dos Pinhais which currently assembles Renault Duster and will go on sale during the first half of the next year. The French automaker believes that the Captur launch in the popular C-SUV segment will surely boost its growth in Brazil.
Whereas, the small car Kwid will make its country debut in 2017 along with the range-topping new Koleos which will be brought via CBU (Complete Built Unit).
Although, the company has not revealed yet the entire details of all three models such as engine options, safety features, technologies, price etc.
