Six New Tigers from Triumph will be making Debut at EICMA

At the upcoming EICMA, 2014, the Triumph Motorcycles seems to fill the premises of the motorcycle show with lots of surprises. According to a recent release, the motorcycle manufacturer might be planning to bring up six new variants under the Triumph Tiger 800 model. Triumph Motorcycle has recently filed out some documents in the California Air Research Board, California, United States, which gives out an information of four brand new models and two base models of existing Triumph Tiger 800. All the new six models will get scheduled for a 2015 launch, but, it is also expected that the firm will be showcasing these upcoming models in the forthcoming EICMA motorcycle show.

Talking about the upcoming models of Triumph Motorcycles, they are supposedly belong to the Adventure class and Touring class motorcycles. The upcoming six models are divided into two different genres; the first one would be the Touring Version, named as XR, carrying two more variants XRX and XRT. And, the second one would belong to the Adventure biased Version, christened as XC, with two more variants standing along, named as XCX and XCA. As, the XR is a road-oriented motorcycle, it will be receiving a shorter suspension and cast alloy wheels and opposing to that, the XC will be equipped with wire-spoked wheels and WP suspension for better travelling experience.

All these six models will be coming next year and it is expected that they will be making their appearance as an electronic gizmo. They are assumed to be equipped with Traction control system, ABS as default, Ride-by-wire, various riding modes, Cruise control, hand guards, adjustable riding seats, etc. The documentation, done by the manufacturer, shows that the upcoming motorcycles will be giving 15% better fuel efficiency with less emission.

The filed documentation also shows the base model prices of touring and adventure versions, both. The Triumph XR is being the cheapest motorcycle which is priced at £8,500 (13,624 USD) and the Triumph XC, adventure version is priced at £11,400 (18,270 USD).
