The 2019 Version of the Suzuki Hayabusa for which the brand’s Indian arm started accepting bookings at a token amount of INR 1 lakhs, has been launched in the country at the price sticker tagged with INR 13.65 lakhs (Ex-Showroom, Delhi).
For the 2019 Calendar year, the ‘Busa’ got updated only at the cosmetic front with the introduction of the two new paint schemes- Metallic Oort Grey and Glass Sparkle Black with new sticker job. In addition to this, the Japanese bike maker added side reflectors to the front forks for better visibility.

Behind that massive fairing, the 2019 Suzuki Hayabusa continues to get power from the same a 1,340cc, inline-four cylinder motor of the ongoing version. The powerful engine is rated to generate the monstrous power of 197bhp at 9,500rpm along with the vertex torque of 155Nm at 7,200rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Further, the powertrain is associated with a brand’s patented Suzuki Drive Mode Selector which offers three modes to control engine output as per your choice.
The suspension setup on the 266kgs motorcycle comprises a 43mm KYB USD front forks and a link-type rear suspension. The braking responsibilities, on the other hand, are handled by Brembo sourced front callipers anchored to 310mm twin discs and the Tokico calliper armed with a 260mm disc in integration with a dual channel ABS for safe and precise braking.
