Suzuki imports Hayate 125 FI from Indonesia

Suzuki Motors Corperartion, the Japanese multinational company, is planning to launch its latest fuel injection technology in low displacement bikes in the Indian market. Fuel injection is a technology that maintains the ratio of fuel and air as per the bike’s taste. For this, the company has imported its Suzuki Hayate 125 FI from Indonesia through the ports of Chennai. As, company already has a product in the cell named Suzuki Hayate then what is the reason of importing the scooter with the same name from Indonesia? The company might look for the changes in its name before its launch.

Suzuki has imported only single unit of 125cc scooter with a Fuel injection technology called Suzuki Hayate 125FI for the purpose of research & development. When we visited the Suzuki's website, it gave us more information on this scooter like its nose is inspired by a Japanese Bullet Train and it sports a dual-headlamps, 16 inch wheels and dual taillights inspired from the famous Suzuki GSX-R. It produces 9.6 BHP of power @ 8000 RPM and 9.8 Nm of torque @ 6000 RPM.

Suzuki wants to improve as well as develop its technology for scooters in the Indian market. As these types of vehicles are based on automatic transmission. A rider, as a beginner, will be able to concentrate on the road. This segment has a good value and presence in India. Suzuki’s great fuel injection technology, awesome looking vehicles and reasonable prices might work well in India's already packed automobile market.
