The most rumored bike is preparing to launch soon. Motorrad, a German motorcycle magazine, has recently showcased the whole new version of Suzuki GSX R1000. The new bike is named as Suzuki GSR 1000. According to the Motorrad magazine, the company is planning to reveal its upcoming bike at the International Motorcycle Show, which will be going to held in Cologne, Germany in the coming quarter this year. The buzzing about this upcoming bike has been making rounds over the internet since last year. It is expected that it took its styling and cues from its predecessors.
The new super naked bike is believed that it will take its power from the same engine which is being used in the GSX-R1000. It has an inline-four cylinder engine, which gives an engine displacement of 999cc. The engine is capable to make out a total power of 182.5HP and a maximum torque of 86lbft. It is expected that the new naked bike will use a detuned version of the GSX-R1000’s engine. The chassis of the upcoming bike will remain same as of the big brother. If we'll talk about the design, the bike looks pretty much similar to the other naked version bikes from the same series of GSR, like 750.
Apart from the image on the cover page, nothing else has been revealed yet. The upcoming bike must be a light weighted bike if compared to GSX-R1000, as it is a naked version and due to its minimal fairing. Let's see, will the most-rumored bike be able to hold against the BMW's naked bike S1000 and KTM 1290 Super Duke.
